SPUR has the worst quality food in the world

I already complained previously about the quality of the food that I received from SPUR.

I had one of their Thursday Rib and Chicken specials and both the Ribs and the Chicken were the worst meals I have ever eaten in my entire life.

I logged a complaint on HelloPeter about the attitude of the manager when I complained about the food, her excuse was "but you ate all of it". Just because someone eats the food doesn't mean it is acceptable quality! I would not take the effort to complain about something if the quality was up to standard.

SPUR responded to my complaint and said someone would get back to me, but I waited for almost 2 weeks and didn't get a response so I said I was disgusted with their response, and only then did they finally get back to me.

After waiting so long for a response, the restuarant owner phones me, and says he can't believe me, because he must listen to what his manager tells him.? She was dishonest and said I swore at her when I never.

I refuse to go back to SPUR until this branch is SHUT DOWN. They have no clue how to treat customers and should not be allowed to be in business.
