The nature of the complaint is about the persons attitude we reported our complaint to.
I ordered Spur's Spicy Baffalo Wings on 19/02/2013 @ about 20:30. I immediately notice that the wings did not look like the quality I am used to. After the first bite I realised that it tasted rotten.
When my husband complained to someone that looked like a manager, her first reaction was "It can't be". Immediately everybodies evening was spoiled. After they took the plate of food to the back, another manager came to apologise and overed me anything on the menu "On the house".
I was just not satisfied with the service and will never support them again.
What happened to "The customer is always right"? This is against the new Consumer act!
