I was given the wrong order. After calling the customer's line the manager of the shop called me. He did nothing to correct the mistake although he accepted it. He insisted that I should go back and receive the right order. He said that he would e mail to me his reply but he never did.
To Simply Asia: It is one thing to try and increase the value chain of your products but trying to do so by using managers that are lying to the customers will only have the opposite results.
