I have been a loyal supported of Simply Asia Plattekloof for several months, eating there 2-3 times a month.
Went so Simply Asia Plattekloof on Friday night (6 December 2013).
Not only did the menu change (no more #524, which I always ordered), but the prices went up 50%
Noodle dishes went from R44 average to R66! A price increase of 50%! The ingredients in the dish I always ordered for R44 are simple and inexpensive. The amount of chicken in the bowl amounts to half a chicken breast at most! For what you get, R44 was still acceptable at a stretch, but R66! My family order went up from R132 to R198 for exactly the same thing!
A bit excessive.
Please boycott Simply Asia!
