On Friday 31 Jan, took my daughter for breakfast at Mugg and Bean in the Glen Shopping Centre. We were eating when my daughter pointed out a cockroach on the table next to the stand up menu. I was utterly disgusted - what disgusted me more was the managers reponse. He never apologised, said they had fumigated and gave us a 10% discount (R14.10) off the bill. I frequent Mgg and Bean at the Glen on a regular basis - I find their service and food to be of a top quality. Not anymore though. This has been irking me since it happened. For the prices you charge - you really ought to ensure that your restaurants and management are in order. Disgusted!!
