Not taking responsibility for being in wrong

Simple, I called in and ordered 2 pizzas and 30min later only one was delivered. My son collected it and naturally didnt see a thing wrong because he didn't know I ordered 2, so then i call back to ask what happened and Peculiar says she will call me back. 15 minutes later no call back, I call them again and she says she didn't hear me order the second pizza so for me to get my second pizza I will have to pay another delivery. The Manager was too busy to talk to me of cos.
Never mind the fact that the first layer of the triple decker that was delivered was dry And not appetising, which I Was going to let slide but their customer service is as bad as the ANC Government.
