On Saturday I purchased a chicken triple decker for myself and 3 kids. After waiting forever, the pizza finally arrived. the pizza was firstly tasteless, I know that a triple decker is usually very nice but this was the exact opposite, not even the kids wanted to eat more than 1 slice. As i lifted the pizza to see the filling inside, around the side and edges the pizza was absolutely dry, there was not one piece of filling. The second layer of pizza was just as dry and there was hardly any cream cheese on the pizza. there was also hardly any cheese on the pizza itself... it was literally a dry pizza... really very unappetising... I was very upset and disappointed that one would pay so much money for a pizza and then receive something that is of such a standard. Is this debonairs new way of making pizza, minimal filling as possible, or is it a way of getting customers to spend more money: minimal filling as possible so that extra filling can be purchased by the customer. I am extremely disappointed that i chose to eat at debonairs and not any other eating place at eastgate. I always regarded your pizzas of the highest standard, but clearly your standard has dropped.
