On Friday the 20th of September 2013 we bought a triple decker large pizza at your Maponya mall, do I regret it what a waste of my R120, firstly the dough was old as if It was taken out of the freezer and placed into the oven, secondly that pizza looked nothing like a triple decker in fact it looked like 3 pan cakes placed on top of each other with nothing but little sauce and what we call few pieces of meat, it was so floppy that even the person that sold us told us to put more cheese for it to look appetising because she could also see that is was a mess, today Monday around 08h00 phoned to speak to the manager named Jack the nerve of that guy, he says to me this is franchise all their Debonairs pizzas are the same throughout the whole of South Africa, meaning I will never find better pizza anywhere else and I told him that's a I live in Boksburg and I have never experienced such a disgusting pizza in my whole life, that's when he says I am sorry I know if a customer is dissatisfied I am the one responsible can you believe this guy, I want to know who made my pizza and why did that person pick me to use such old disgusting dough on my pizza for that matter, your service
