We waited over 40min in a queue at the Soneike drive through (Kuilsriver, Cape Town) at 9.30pm. The staff were rude and unfriendly. We asked for our money back, and that took another 15min. The manager on duty did nothing to help us or apologise. We were disgusted and disappointed! Date of incident : 30 January 2014.
