I can't believe it, we just received the WORST service from the Nandos in Elspark. We have been patrons there for the last 8 years and I truly hope that this is not the way this branch is going. The person taking out order over the phone could not understand English, messed up the order and we also battled relaying the delivery address (which is on the system already). After 2 follow up calls and 1 and a half hours still no delivery!!! Then to be told by the manager that it is a pick up order and not for delivery. Come on guys, this is not what we are used to, if you can't deliver the service, then pack it up rather than putting the brand name at risk. Needless to say, order cancelled and a very bad experience in general.
