I had logged a complaint about horrible service and food a few weeks ago. One of your managers, Lenny called me and asked me to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves. We visited them on Friday. Service was great, food was good and I'm really impressed about the way they handled this complaint. Clearly their customers mean a lot to them. Well done to you guys... will definitely visit you again:)
