I always have countless amounts of problems with this Spur, weather it be going to get a take away toastie on my lunch break or a monday night burger special or even waiting in the line for a table!! i either sit there waiting for assistance or i recieve assistance and get whatever i asked for after asking 3 differant waitors and a manager, i went ther at miday today and orderd a toasted take away sandwich (i have worked at a Spur before this takes not even 10min to prepare)
i sat waiting through my lunch hour till after 1pm, when i finally out of starvation and being late getting back to work got up and left taking in mind that the Spur was not busy at all .. Its not just this i went there for breakfast, i asked for their special, when telling the waitress how i eat my eggs she laughed at me and asked if i was serious? what is that, anyway on getting my meal, needles to say my eggs where wrong, everything was cold and the extra cheese griller i ordered was burnt, i am apauled by the way this Spur is run, it is supose to be one of Cape Towns top Spur, specially with the hotel right next door and the tourists that stay on the atlantic seaboard!
