APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to KFC kwamashu yesterday (sunday), i ordered hot wing of which there were soggy and oily. i asked them to cancel the order and they gave me such an attitude telling me how can i say the wings are oily when are being prepared with oil (dumb i know). i told the cashier the wings are over oily and then they started making fun of me in the branch, the cashier at the till called the guy of which i presume he was a manager. they started making fun of me, they told me for me cancelling the order they now gonna have a bite. kfc being such a big franchise i've never seen such incompetence let alone their vocabulary was coming from church and felt victimised from trying to do the right thing. Also when i tried asked them to cancel my order they demanded i give them the exactly the same change they gave me in order for them to refund me, i told them i don't remember where i put the change (cos i was upset with them) they told then they wont be able to refund me. then i had to dig in my bag until i found the 10c change for them to give me R28 back. i have never had such an appalling service from any public vendor and im utterly disgraced at the service level which staff deemed 2 be passable
