I went to the Spur with my family on Saturday, we were given Refloe to serve us. Her initial approach was very bad as she didn't care to introduce herself. She gave the menu's and set the table for 3 when there was 5 of us. When she came back for our order we gave her the drinks order and told her to come back after a while for the food order and she gave us attitude. She then came back for the order and she was getting the whole order wrong saying there was no baked potato when it was clearly written out on the menu. She was giving me bad looks while taking our order and acknowledging with mm and uhh. Her overall attitude was unpleasant. I had to ask for my waitress to be changed and ended up being served by the manager Thabo, who did an extremely good job. Refiloe clearly didn't go for training and needs to ask Thabo for pointers, totally dissatisfied by Refloe but totally dazzled by Thabo.
