I went to Wimpy in Umtata Plaza on the 24 December 2013 with my kids and family for breakfast. Firstly we had to wait for a table which I undersand, then after getting a table we had to wait for almost 10mins to get our menus. We did get the menus after I had to ask at reception who will serve us, the lady eventually came after waiting for a good 10mins for her to take our order. She brought the food and my kids ordered a kidies meal for R40 each and it says it comes with a toy on the menu. My brother asked for a glass of ice cold water and he was informed they are out of ICE...(they said something about the truck being stuck in ULTRA CITY with ice, saviets and sweets)!! I asked for a bill and the toys for my kids. The lady came and told me the toys are also in the truck. I asked when can I come and collect the toys, she said later that day. On the 27th I decided let me go pass there to collect these toys, I was told the truck is still stuck in ULTRA City!! My word I could not believe this, then I am asking since the 24??? Then I went again on 31 Dec 2013 and was told there are no toys in all Wimpy. Shocking and I told her I always eat at Wimpy and this is the first time i hear this
