Walked into wimpy kokstad yesterday to purchase take aways, ordered the food and cold drink, I was then informed that this coldrink 330ml can would cost me R17 RAND, I said this was ludicrous, I spoke to the manager and she confirmed this price and said it came from head office, I then emailed national brands and they confirmed that this is the price of this product, and that wimpy is supposed to offer the soda fountain variation which I was not offered, surely trying to sell an 8 rand can of coke for 17 rand is, and this is condoned from wimpy head office. I then decided to cancel my order, and have informed friends and family on the social media network that they need to check pricings @ wimpy before purchasing any of their products
