Hi, I went out for a meal at jan smuts, surves was very slow to star of with, wen I got to the table it was filthy as if has not been cleaned all night, me and my family started eating and chatting away, I started eating my chips, wen I reached halfway I found what seemed to be a fly or some insect... I went to ask what this is about? Then the lady there sayd can we make you anather? I sayd no I don't coz I already feel naar, asked for the maniger, he came after sometime. Wen I started to speak to him he was more intrested in the papers infront of him then to listen to me, he seem to know not care at all!!! Come on guys this is mcDonald's sepose to be the best! I am very disgusted in this. I will expect you to get back to me on this! I want to know what will happen coz this was my food that was payd for! I am very unhappy about this.
