Burnt chicken, Wrong orde

Old oil used and chicken was burnt. Tastes vile, will never use branch again. Put me off KFC for a while.

Then,

Atterbury,
Decided to use another branch - Ordered the 6 piece family feast, got home, only 5 pieces in bag. I'm sorry, but its not my responsibility to check that the supplier gave me the correct order after taking my money.

Is KFC just losing all interest in customer satisfaction all together or what?!
