Served burnt chicken returned by another custome

I am utterly disgusted and thank to Nandos in Long street! my unborn baby and i had to eat burnt cold chicken which was not even hot as requested. Whilst waiting for my order there was a customer who was returning a quarter chicken she had ordered because it was burnt! a few minutes later my order number is called.

I had the worst lunch ever, the chicken was cold, burnt and tasteless!!! If had an option i wouldnt have eaten it but im pregnant and in my state not eating was not an option! :( thank u Nandos for the worst lunch eve
