Friends and I bought a barrel of kfc with other goodies for the kids like pops and burgers, we went through the drive-through and when we got home we discovered the first few pices were fine and the bottom pieces that were covered with the top pices were all kinda burnt and dry, we got pieces with the black dry burnt crumbs and the chicken was just dry and horrible, I have reported this last year around July/August and got a reference number and in November/ December I called again and a very nive and friendly lady promised to call me back and never did. I am just wondering how much profit kfc makes whilst we as the consumer gets nothing but horrible chicken minus our money!!
