This is now the second time in about 2 months I've had to complain about the quality of meat at checkers. First it was old chicken - and this time its not one but TWO products that I have a problem with!
Last week Saturday I wanted to buy some pork chops, but decided against it as all the chops had tufts of pig hair still stuck to them.
So instead I bought some meat this week - the pork chops were seemingly hairless, but upon closer inspection at home, the hairs were just hidden better than the last time - first lot of meat went into the trash.
I aslo bought some lamb chops (dated the 6th of november) - opened up the packet and the meat smelled sour and was turning grey underneath - second lot of meat went into the trash.
I'm really done with buying meat at this branch. I don't mind other groceries, but the meat is disgusting, sub-standard trash that I wouldn't feed to a dog.
Find a better butcher, because clearly whoever is working with the meat has no idea what they are doing & stop wasting people's money!
