Bad quaility of Food

Hi there,

I would like to share my experience with Piatto Ushaka.

Piatto is a Premium restaurant with premium prices. Perfect for a special occasion. I went with my girlfriend for a date knowing that quailty comes at a good price. We ordered chicken starters. It was brilliant. Very nice.

For the main course we ordered Seafood. Calamari, hake, prawns and veg. The Calamari was over cooked, tasted like rubber. The prawns were steamed and had no sauce and the hake also was tasteless - overcooked. The Veggies were also very mushy and lacked salt.

All of that at a premium bill. That is not what I bargained for.

Please, I do not expect a generic response or a statement that the info will be relayed to the manager. I am just saddened that my hard earned R400 bucks went on food that tasted like rubber.

Please look into the matter.
