On the 30th of March 2013 after a meal at spur green stone mall i had to pay the bills, after swiping for the first time the slip returned as declined but i received an sms that the amount has gone tru, but she call her supervisor Dingan who then explained to me that this was not for the first time the experience such and i have to pay again and within 3 days they will refund me if i have double paid them. And on Wednesday he called and said the refund will take seven working days. On the 17th i sms'ed him and he told me it would be done by end of business that day, but yet till this day i have not heard anything from them. The amount was more or less R345.00 and some odd cents.
