Poor service

I placed an order this evening for two pizzas at 7.15pm it is now 9pm and after 4 calls being told that my pizza is on it's way I am still waiting. When I placed the order I was asked whether it was going to card or cash and I said cash and this was then used as a reason for me waiting as the store only has one card machine? This really is poor and puts St Elmo's in a real bad light. Oh and I am still waiting...
