On Friday 3 rd May I had to wait 2 hours for a pizza delivery. I was not happy. I told the manager about my unhappiness and he explained that it was a cold and rainy night and they were extremely busy with take aways. But they apologised and send me a voucher for R100 for a next time delivery. That is what I call damage control. Well done St Elmo's!
