We ordered take-aways on Thursday 27 June at around 19h05. Two pizzas and a kiddies meal.
Phoned them an hour later and was told that they are waiting on the one pizza to come out of the oven and then the delivery will be sent. Phoned another hour later to be told exactly the same thing! How on earth can the same pizza be in the oven for that amount of time?
We then cancelled the meal and I cooked supper instead. Needless to say that my daughter was very unhappy as this was after 9 already and she was looking forward to her pasta!
We also lodged a complaint on the St Elmo's website but to date - no reply or even apology!
We have now thrown their menus away and needless to say - we will not order from them again.
