Dear Management Your place is great for healthy options. However, on Sunday and Monday, January 5th and 6th, we had a poor experience. On Sunday we called for a delivery and waited for almost an hour. I called to find out what the delay was. I was told that the delivery person had called me several times when he arrived at our complex gate but I did not answer. I firmly told the lady on the phone that I had no missed calls. And she continued to argue with me, insisting that the driver had called me but left because no one answered the phone. She then put driver on the phone who then told me he had not called because he was not given my number.

On the Monday, we went to the outlet at Northlands center. I ordered a family meal and asked if I could substitute two of the salads for a different type of side because the continental salad was not available. The lady at the till, whose name tag said "Grace", was very rude and appeared annoyed. She told me " You come here all the time, you should know what you can order! ". A simple Yes/No answer was required. I will not be returning to this the Northlands Centre Chickin Tyme again.
