@11:50 i entered Nandos, placed an order & sat down, @ 12:05 still no food, & the tables all around us were filthy, no staff anywhere, it was almost as if the restaurant was deserted. I went up to the cashier & asked to speak to the Manager, she said she had no idea where he was, & in a growing line she continued taking orders. @ 12:20 I found a waiter & again asked for the manager, his words where he is hiding, @ 12:30 (tinos) the manager makes an appearance, going to tables that came in after me, he eventually got to me, I asked him y would he go to every1 else b4 coming to me, his explanation was he didnt know i was waiting that long, () as he had in his hand a list of tables in the order? f arrival, again asking him y had he not come to the first table on the list, he had no reason, so i ask for a refund, he then, pulled the reciept out of my hand & walked away, I followed & an altercation ensued, he then threw the money @ me & said u have ur money be happy" this is not the point, refund me the 45min wasted in my life please. I can not understand how an empty shop runs out of chicken. & the MANAGER hides out back instead of explaining to his customers.& taking in more orders
