ON THE SLOW BREAKFAST

A friend and I each ordered an ON THE GO breakfast and Mugg and Bean, V&A Waterfront recently.

2eggs, bacon, toast and tomato.

This took approximately 1 hour to arrive.
During the wait we spoke to several staff, including the manager who could not say what happened to our breakfast.

It evenutally arrived: after 1 hour cold. and without the extra toast we ordered. The manager also said that he did not have the owners contact details. I called the call centre from my cell immediately and made a complaint.

While we we driving out of the Waterfront afterwards, I received a call from the owner, a MRS ROLL.
She was in the kitchen during the entire time we were in the restaurant.

She said that she could not come and see us, as she was managing the kitchen.
I simply received a apology as she says the place was busy.

I find it strange that service would still be so bad even when the owner was in the kitchen.

And why am I address by first name and the owner, insists on refering to herself as MS ROLL?

The client sitting behind me simply ordered a muffin and waited almost the same length of time.
He also informed me that this was his third bad experiance with this place?!?
