Hair found in the Ribs

My wife had been forcing me to go to Hardrock Cafe Sandton for weeks since it opened.

Waited for 15 mins to get served but eventually we managed to flag one down... When our drinks finally arrived they weren't what we ordered, but that happens sometimes i guess.

When the food eventually arrived my wife found HAIR in her Ribs, i almost gagged when she showed me, told the waiter and he whisked it away to get a new batch. i finished my meal by the time it got back. But what baffled me the most was when the manager casually waltzed over and says "We know about the problem and we are dealing with it"... um ok, what is the solution and where is my APOLOGY? My wife struggled to eat the second batch just having to think that she might find hair a second time.

I am paying for a service and this is just poor... My wife and i love our food and going out and i can guarantee we wont be going there in a hurry. Management who are that poor can only lead by example and i can see that waiters will follow suit soon enough and by judging on the comments that are on Hellopeter they are.

Have to admit waiters were decent and very friendly so i do not have any complaints about about them
