My family and I visited the restaurant on Saturday 4 January. Upon arrival I ordered some sushi and we then ordered a kiddies meal for one of my kids. after 15 minutes or so the sushi had not arrived and after asking 3 times I was told that sushi takes 15-20 minutes! the restaurant was practically empty so I was very surprised. My daughters meal arrived and the sushi which was meant to be a starter had still not arrived! we were then given a bowl of "complimentary chips" after eating a couple we all agreed that they tasted and smelt strange, almost cheesy. the sushi and our meals finally arrived and the food was extremely disappointing. we sent both our calamari portions back to be redone and they came back just as bad. we ended up spending just under R500 on food that we barely ate! to top it all we returned home to upset tummies and vomiting kids. I then called the restaurant and spoke to Sasha to warn them that something in the food was not right, likely the chips, and she promised to get someone to call back. still no call! So disappointed at the lack of response and the huge waste of money! we will certainly not be choosing this restaurant ever again!
