NO DELIVERY, PATHETIC

This is the second time I have placed an online order at Sandwich Baron, at the Mall @ reds branch. The first time my order could not be processed online and I had to order manually and wait more than an hour for my cold food. This morning I placed an order at 10:00 am and received confirmation of the online order. At 11:15 I decided to follow up with the branch on the status of my order. The branch informed me that they did receive my order and made it but they don't have the address and my number is engaged when they phone. This is absolutely untrue, as my cell was right next to me the whole time and not engaged and my address was logged online. I proceeded to give them my address and the driver said he is on his way. Now it is 12:37 pm and I still haven't received my order! This is absolutely DISGUSTING customer service and judging by all the bad Sandwich Baron reports, I am surprised that the franchise is still open. WAKE UP AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES SANDWICH BARON.
