At 17:40 I placed an order for a cheese&garlic sub, at 18:05, I see people who placed their order well after me were already served- two of the customers even said strange u still waiting as they came after me! I then asked for the boss/manager and Derek wasn't helpful, instead of apologising he's trying to find blame! Like system jammed etc! Patricia was very helpful and I'm surprised as to why she isn't the manager! However when I received the Sub and returned home, I noticed the Sub wasn't even cooked properly! Obviously rushed and wasn't very appetising! You can't serve food like that, very very unprofessional and sad, I would of been more satisfied if they haven't given me that sub which was rushed and awful- That's not proper food served well! I asked Derek was it because I'm an indian and the small minority that I wasn't being served properly and treated anyhow! I call all fellow indians not to support Debonairs as they obviously pick and chose as to who to provide exceptional service to! Definitely not Indians so I most certainly will not want to visit Debonairs Canal Walk and be treated like I don't even exist! Canal Walk branch doesn't want indians so don't go! SHOCKED!
