I called Nando's at approximately 20.25 to place an order for delivery, I actually called 14 times before someone actually answered the first time, I didn't get the female's name, but I asked her if they deliver and she said yes, When I asked if I can go ahead with my order for delivery she says the orders for delivery closes at 20.30 and it was 20.25 that I spoke to her, I advised her and said that its not my fault as I called quite a few times before they actually answered and she had the audacity to tell me that she was at the back and that she doesn't know if she can take the order only the driver can tell her and he isn't there, when I asked if he was doing deliveries she said "he went out, I don't know"... I have not heard or experienced such poor service before and was stunned at her lack of willingness to assist me...
