On 04/01/2014 around 8pm i received the poorest service ever, firstly when i get there the speedpoints werent working of which i understood as that's out of there control, secondly i was told that there's no chicken i need to wait 30min, i insisted to be given food as i swa /- 8 pieces on the tray, i orderd a streetwise 5 but when i got home there was 4 pieces. the lady that was helping me looked annoyed for being at work and was assisting me with bad attitude. she went around the back to inform her manager that there's a complaining client but when Thulani came around he was also less interested as he didnt even say a word to me. i called the store when i got home to inform them about the 4 pieces and i told Thulani that i will be lodging a formal complain today he said ok i'm sure he thought i was talking nonsense, he also mentioned in our tele conversation that the the staff member by saying that the complaining client is gone hence he didnt say a word to me. i can write a book on the events that transpired that night some touching food with their hands but due to character limitations all i can say KFC maponya is giving the KFC group a bad name.
