ON SUNDAY NIGHT WE DECIDED TO ORDER SOME NANDO'S. I PHONED UP THE LA LUCIA MALL BRANCH ASKING IF THEY CAN DELIVER (I HAD TO TRY 14 TIMES BEFORE I MANAGED TO GET THROUGH). THE LADY SAID IT WOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM AND I WENT AHEAD AND ORDERED.I ASKED HOW LONG DELIVERY WOULD TAKE AND SHE ASSURED ME THAT IT WILL BE WITH ME WITHING 30 MINUTES. 50 MINUTES LATER, STILL NO DELIVERY. I HAD TO GET MY PHONE AND FOLLOW UP ON WHERE MY ORDER WAS. THE LADY COULD NOT ASSIST ME WITH SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS THAT, EVENTUALLY THE MANAGER CAME ON THE LINE AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD A PROBLEM WITH DELIVERIES AND THAT MY ORDER WAS STILL IN THE SHOP, THEN HE SAID TO ME THEY ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PORTABLE CARD MACHINE, AFTER I ASKED THE LADY IF I COULD PAY BY CARD. HAVING TO WAIT SO LONG AND NO ONE AT THE STORE BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME TO INFORM US OF THESE PROBLEMS, I CANCELLED MY ORDER. I AM JUST SHOCKED BY THE POOR SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM THIS STORE, AND WE ARE QUITE REGULAR CUSTOMERS THERE. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT WE WONT BE GOING BACK THERE.
