My family and I went to the newly opened spur on 28 December.. Our waiter was terrible. However as soon aws we called nancy over to complain about our waiter she declared she would take over being our server and she is terribly sorry about the bad service. She also corrected the faults on our meals and offered us a free dessert. She went so far as to make the ordered dessert herself!! She was just great and would be the only reason I would go back to that spur. Thanks nancy!!!
