Extremely poor customer service

Having breakfast. Discovered the kiddies food was served in a broken/damaged plate. On calling the manager she arrived with out greeting. I showed her the plate. She had such a bad attitude. She was also very aggresive. She stated that she did not serve me but she will sort it out.

I called her back and told her I was not happy with her attitude regarding our complaint. She started arguing with me. I adsked for her full name the owners name and number. She refused to give her name but called Shawn. While explaining the incident she interupted and started arguing with me in front of him.

I was not happy with the plate as it is not hygienic, however I left having my entire day spoiled by some stranger that clearly either haf a bad day or needs to be trained on customer service and handeling complaints.

Disciplinary action is defenitly required for this individual. As she is loosing client for this business.

I still had to pay the full bill and this even after my 18 month old son did not even eat.
