On New Years Eve, we were dining at the restaurant. Firstly the waiter who took our drinks order, forgot to order mine, and I had to wait. We waited close to an hour for our food to arrive. When our food eventually arrived, one of the meals were incorrect, and had to be sent back. Mid way during our dining, the waiter responsible for our table changed without informing us that she will no longer be serving us, or who will be responsible for our table. The staff seemed to be focussing on preparation for the evening festivities instead of attending to the patrons that were dining there at that point in time. Initially we were tolerant of the delay, as we were out to have a relaxed afternoon, and had time on our hands. However, the hour glass ran out on our patience, as the overall experience turned out to be one of the most unpleasant experienced recently, and there has been quite a few.
