We went to Ocean Basket Cradlestone. After waiting for over an hour for our food (and still being very calm) our food finally arrived, the waitress dropped the whole platter of food over my 2 year old baby girl. The HOT food and HOT oily sauces was all over her back, arms, legs and her dress. When we flew up out of shock and my girl screaming the manager just lifted his eyebrow. When we complained about firstly waiting so long and then they injure my girl the manager said " if you're not happy you can leave" and showed us the door. I am stilled shocked!!!
