Promise not kept

After my complaint dated 30/11/2013 I received feedback from the franchiser and franchisee.
Although the response was prompt and sympathetic, the same cannot be said about the promise of sending a gift voucher. A month has gone by but no gift voucher has been sent. Maybe you do not have my address but surely a phone call would have taken care of that.
