My family go to nandos at least once a week. I am fairly use to getting bad food & service from most Nanados brances & if I complain, I get treated like there is nothing wrong with the food or Im being petti. I have not been to Tokai Nandos for a while. For the first time I Ordered Chicken Espetada. I was cold & the meat dark grey & tasted like it was going bad. I did not complain as I found it does not help much. Later that day I felt very sick like food poisening. I am still sick 2 days later. It is not the first time that I got chicken that tasted off, but this time it made me terribly sick. The Nandos website does not seem to have an place where you can complain to them.
