I went to nandos in meadowlands next to the meadowlands police station to buy food & i had to wait for an hour for the food that i ordered and while waiting for the food i was traumatised by the way to which the manager handled one the customers who was complaining about the time he had to wait for his food, THE MANAGER ACTUALLY SWORE AT THE CUSTOMER!!! I was even scared of complaining about the time i waited for because chances were that he was going to swear at me as well. To make matters worse when i got home i found that the chicken was cut into 6 pieces when i asked them to cut it into 8 pieces and their meat was really dry one would swear that the meat was made 2 days prior to friday thats how dry the chicken was. One thing i can guarantee now is I will never again buy food at nandos because of what happened on friday 25/10/2013 at 20:15 to be precise & this is really sad considering that the Nandos in meadowlands is fairly new so one would expect a very good service from a new place, from a very traumatised customer!!!
