No feedback on complaint

As per my complaint per mail, call centre, hello peter and their Facebook page 11 days later and still no feedback, query, mail or phone call. As per your responses to every complaint on here." This is not awesome service/ customer feedback Steers". But then again, you guys are so superior you don't need customers, especially the complaining ones!!
