Manageress at Cape Gate Burger King contacted me, had a great discussion and went to collect a free burger on Saturday. Sibusiso assisted me and whether different staff of duty it was completely different to the day I was there.
Congratulations to all for taking customer complaints seriously. I will stand again in a queue for my husband to have his burgers.
