San Remo Spur Hermanus...
this is my second bad experience with San Remo Spur, and especially with 2 kid parties held at the spur..
The waiting staff's attitude towards clients, they are impatient, they don't understand your order's properly, they get cross with u if you complain...
they expect u to sit at dirty tables, if some1 spills a drink we must clean it
you wait hours to be seated, hours to plced an order< hours to actually get your order
the food is tastless and bland and in most cases burnt on sometimes undercooked, try to complain then they don't even apologise, u just get their negative vibes
the drinks from the soda fountain is flat with very little gas
the castle drafts i ordered last night I returned 4 times, coz it was very very warm, even the glasses was warm, the waiter even gave my attitude when i said i want this changed or that I don't want that
the toilets smells and is filty, it's totall nasty
overall service at San remo Spur Hermanus, and their is much more people that has the same complaints
Even the manager has got no customer service skills, He looks at u and treat u like an, last nights service was the ult
