Manager need management skills

The manager of the SPUR in Hermanus has no Customer skills. He decides when customers should be taken to their seats which caused many customers complaining at the entrance while there were over sufficient tables available. He simply ignores the complaints from the customer and acts if nothing is wrong when eventually requesting his staff to take customers to their seats. In the time we spent at this SPUR, three customers walked out due to long delays for their food, leaving their drinks behind without paying.
Staff not skilled to assist customers with information regarding specials at the time. As we were told that Mondays are "Buy one burger and get one free", but we later learned that it was only for selected burgers and only for the basic burger. All extras on the burger must be paid for on the "free burger".
This is one SPUR that will be avoided at all costs.
