I would like to thank you for a pleasant experience at Queenswood in Pretoria. After taking ages to decide on our meal we still ordered incorrectly and the cashier remained very friendly and corrected our error with the kitchen. The chef then packed our meal and confirmed once again that everything was fine. There after the cleaner noticed that the bag was slightly torn and immediately got us another one. Truly an efficient team of competent friendly people.
