Super bad service

We just had the worst service ever. We sat a good 15min with no waiter taking our order. We requested the manager who came with a waiter to take our order 25 min later we were still seating, the food was cold but the most irritating was not being attended to.
I have never in my life recieved such bad service in my entire life, its as if we were there to beg them for food not pay
