Came for a quick cup of coffee. The server argued with me regarding what a Americano is and gave me a watered down large coffee. When I complained I was told I have to buy another shot of espresso at my cost with no assistance from management. I don't understand why this one differs with quality of product and service so vastly from the mcafe at tygervalley
